whats highest bow attack you can have guys ive got a 15-28 atm im sure there has to be better bows out there. and are there any flame swords with a better attack than 13-18 if I can remember correctly.

15-28 is max, but there are mods you can tack on (grips/strings)

15 - 28 max on bows. 15 - 22 max on swords.

You can get bonus to dmg with any weapon that makes them stronger though.
